Music Change Germany Wins the PRO MUSIK Award 2026
We won! đ
Music Change Germany e.V. has been awarded the PRO MUSIK Award 2026 in the âBest Initiativeâ category. The award was presented as part of the Reeperbahn Festival.
The PRO MUSIK Award recognises individuals and initiatives that are committed to creating a fairer and more diverse music industry. This year, Music Change Germany was honoured for building networks, increasing visibility, and developing concrete projects for FLINTA* people in the music industry.
An Award for Change: This recognition means a great deal to us. A fairer music industry doesnât happen by itself. It takes people who get involved, question existing structures, create new spaces, and work together to drive meaningful change. That is exactly what Music Change Germany stands for: connecting people, creating visibility, and driving concrete change within the music industry. For us, the PRO MUSIK Award is therefore not only an honour, but also a recognition of how important this work is.
We would like to sincerely thank PRO MUSIK and all of its members who voted for us. A huge thank you also goes to our community, our partners, and everyone who supports us and works alongside us to make the music industry more diverse and equitable.
Thank You for Your Support! This award gives us even more motivation and momentum to keep going â working towards greater diversity, equal opportunities, and a music industry where everyone can find their place.
We are incredibly grateful for this recognition and will take it as encouragement to continue creating change together.
Thank you! đ«¶
