BIPoC FLINTA* Only Exchange Space
BIPoC FLINTA* from the music industry — this space is for you. 🖤
How do we experience the music industry? What challenges do we face? Where do we encounter barriers, discrimination, or a lack of representation? And what do we need to see structures change sustainably?
On September 24, we invite you to a BIPoC FLINTA* Only Exchange Space. An online space for sharing, solidarity, networking, and building new alliances.
The space will be facilitated by MALONDA — a versatile singer, songwriter, and political artist from Berlin. Her work explores gender roles, sex, diversity, as well as anti-racist and queer-feminist issues.
Together, we want to share experiences, connect with one another, and develop concrete needs, demands, and ideas for structural change. The perspectives of participants will also feed into the long-term work of Music Change Germany.
