c/o pop 2026 – Panels & Networking in Cologne
From April 15 to 19, 2026, c/o pop will once again become a central meeting point for the music industry in Cologne. As an interface between festival, convention, and scene, it brings together artists, industry professionals, and newcomers to discuss current developments, challenges, and trends. Music Women* Germany will once again be represented on site with its own formats and will specifically set impulses for more diversity, visibility, and structural change within the industry. Look forward to two events:
“FLINTA* & Friends” Networking Event (Reception)
FLINTA* & friends Networking presented by MEWEM, fæmm, Female Voice (BDKV), GEMA Women’s Network, Keychange, music is her passion, musicNRWwomen* & MusicWomen*Germany

Panel: Breaking the Barrier
In the panel “Breaking the Barrier,” Lina Burghausen, Julia Gröschel, and Die P discuss power structures, visibility, and perspectives in German rap and in the music industry. The focus is on questions such as: Who gets access to the stage — and why? What role do new platforms and narratives play? Is the industry really changing towards more diversity? The panel combines personal experiences with structural analysis and creates space for a differentiated examination of current developments. A deep dive between scene, activism, and industry reality. In addition, the panel “DE&I Under Pressure” will be curated by our board member Nadine Kiala.
We are also giving away 3 Convention tickets for c/o pop 2026 among our members. More information will follow shortly — stay tuned!
