We raffled off two artists for a free annual membership at Music Women* Germany. The first winner is KARTINI. Congratulations!

KARTINI is arguably Berlin’s most enchanting diva, an artist whose sound moves effortlessly between intimacy and atmosphere. Her music is built on a strong songwriting foundation, shaped by the honesty of pop punk diary style writing and the emotional language of R&B and indie pop. She describes her sound as Ethereal Bass Pop, atmospheric, dark and danceable, carried by a clear and expressive voice and fluid electronic productions. Inspired by artists such as BANKS, FKA twigs, Bob Moses and Lykke Li, her music exists between intimacy, tension and urban melancholy.

Alongside her artistic work, KARTINI founded a collective by musicians for musicians and, as an Indonesian German person, actively advocates for Asian communities in Germany.
