Pop-Kultur 2025: Exchange, Empowerment & Network Magic

This year we were part of Pop-Kultur Festival with a special highlight on stage: During the panel “Female Producer Prize: ›Break the Loop‹ | Pop-Kultur Talks 2025”, we explored the future of FLINTA* people in music production. The conversation focused on new perspectives, structural change, and what sustainable support truly needs to look like. An inspiring exchange that made clear: the next steps will be bold, loud, and collective. Watch the video here.

But Pop-Kultur offered more than on-stage moments. Behind the scenes, the networking program “Mix & Mingle” provided a much-needed breather. And the chance to connect with board members in a more relaxed setting. At the “c/o Pop Networks Mashup”, we met countless dedicated initiatives and individuals who actively shape the scene. It was impressive to see how many had registered and, despite a packed festival schedule, actually showed up. A powerful sign of solidarity, exchange, and a vibrant community.
