"Mom’s Got Talent" Podcast

Pamela Bürger and Nanja Oedi are two mothers in Berlin who work in the music industry. In 2024, they founded the Music Family Hub to advocate for better work–life balance for parents in the music business. In addition to organizing an “Event Series for Parental Power,” they also launched a podcast.

The podcast invites anyone who wants to connect with others about parenthood in the music industry—especially after pregnancy or childbirth—to listen in, attend events, and network. While the focus is on the experiences of mothers, fathers and other parents are also given a voice, fostering new perspectives, mutual support, and real change.
